This role could very well lead to an upper management position in this company, or others that I own. What I can tell you for sure is that this position will be an extreme

learning experience. You will learn the inner workings of our systems and processes that run our businesses with incredible predictability.
You will be in almost every meeting with the myself and other leadership and assist us in executing our project management, strategic planning, and various other projects that will be spontaneous and sometimes critical.

is a mindset for process and an eye for detail.
