Responsibilities:

  • Present and share the benefits of the Sloan Realty Group’s proprietary Home Selling System to prospective Home Sellers in an in-office Marketing Meeting & Listing Consultation.
  • Present to client excellent Property Valuation reports
  • Close for the Listing using our sales system and internalized scripts & dialogues.
  • Work in conjunction with office staff to oversee contract to closing process.
  • Assist with inspections and negotiations thereof as needed
  • Contact homeowners in areas where we have a buyer looking for a home
  • Provide detailed data for all daily input of leads
  • Contact past clients in database
  • Achieve monthly Quota by closing Qualified Opportunities

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • ust be a captivating presenter- one who connects with prospective clients at their level and has the ability to influence through a fundamental understanding and use of the DISC Profile.
  • High Energy
  • Positive Attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • 1 year or more of college course work preferred

Required Mentality:

  • No ability to accept failure, but willing to lose a deal to learn

Benefits and Compensation:

This is a direct hire full-time position with complete training, vacation, and 6 paid holidays per year. Including base pay compensation, on target earnings (OTE) is designed to pay $75,000 / year at quota to well over $100,000.
